after assessment and acceptance by a school.

The following documents are available to China schools, colleges and Universities

      SAFEA Employment Contract (Copy)1
(Contract used must be original as issued by SAFEA or Provincial Foreign Affairs Office)

SAFEA Contract

      Appendix A to SAFEA Contract1
(To be completed by all schools employing teachers on accordance with SAFEA Guidelines)
SAFEA CONTRACT APPENDIX A

      Guidelines for Schools Employing Foreign Teachers
(Available to Schools on request)

1    These documents are available free of charge as email attachments, if hard copy is required within China the cost for the documents is 30 RMB which includes EMS Courier Delivery to your school or university.

Payment for the documents and certificates may be made at any Post Office in the People's Republic of China.
